When I tap the left bottom of my touch it moves and I hear a click noise and see the black bezzel move. Is that normal? Or do I take it back?

That is definitely not normal.

Do I need the box? It got tossed when I was cleaning up Christmas stuff. I never do that...
I do have everything else.

Make sure you have EVERYTHING else.
Hopefully they will replace it without the box and you may have to give them the box from the one they give you.
When I went to get mine replaced I didn't have the dock so they took the one from the new package.
