I have an iPhone 3g and there are a few problems with it. First of all let me just say that I am still under the one year warranty and I had the phone scinec June of 2008. Okay so my iPhone has dust under the glass and it gets really annoying when web browsing. I have a pretty big piece in one spot and little specks just above the home button and I think it interferes with the touchscreen because it doesnt respond when I try to slide the slider to answer calls. It takes about twenty tries until I can answer it. Also I have slight light leakage in the lower left corner of the metal bezel holding the screen. I think that is where the dust may be coming in. Well my main question is do you think Apple will replace the phone or the AT&T store. Becase I did buy it at the AT&T store. Any Help would be very appreciated. Thanks :)

1. Unjailbreak your phone.
2. Make an appointment at an Apple Store. Don't bother going to the AT&T store. They didn't make it.
3. Show them your iPhone. Be nice.

Most likely, they'll replace it. But anything can happen.

Yeah I did unjailbreak but I thought AT&T could replace since they also have their own store policy?

There are retarded monkeys that know more about the iphone than at&t sales reps. All they know how to do is activate it and tell you to go to an apple store or call 1-800-MY-IPHONE.
