I have footage on a Panasonic NV GS 180 handycam in 16:9 format.
I am trying to capture it in Final Cut Express 4 using a Mac G4 and firewire connection.
The capture screen, viewer screen and canvas in FCE4 are all showing the captured footage in 4:3. Everybody in the film is looking tall and thin. I have not progressed the edit beyond capturing footage.
How do I capture in 16:9 format as this will be the format for the final film?
