backing up xbox games

does anyone out there know of software that I could use to backup an xbox game? I want to have my original copy, put it in my superdrive, copy it to my hdd and then burn it to a dvd. is this possible? what software should I use? I should also add that I have a G5 running panther and one superdrive (so i can't directly copy from the xbox disc to another disc) thanks alot guys!

not really possible or easy especialyl on the mac. You need to use a modded xbox to backup games, thats the only way to get her done.

Unlike a standard dvd drive, xbox drivers read from the outside in so this is probably not possible with the hardware even let alone the platform ... also this may be considered illegal to make your own backups because you have to decrpyt the xbox dvd to make the backup...
