You need to use SSH and delete the entire Installer directory from the phone.

Well you'll need to get Boss Prefs and Open SSH via Cydia first. Then the correct program for whatever your OS is to SHH with :)

i use osx. but your post here is still very vague. i am new to mac and don't have much programming experience. so can anyone help to post a more precise step by step how-to?
do i need to have more programming knowledge to be able to do this?

Download BossPrefs and Open SSH from Cydia first.
Then on your mac download Fugu.
Turn on SSH in boss prefs, find the IP Address of your iPhone, then type in that IP Address into Fugu.
Type in root as user name and alpine as password.
Then press connect or w/e.
Then when you're inside, find the Applications Folder and delete the Installer.app
Once you're done, disconnect Fugu and respring your phone.
