i'm new to the mac business.
My parents said they would buy me something for amazon.
Can anyone recommend anything?

We need to know what you're going to be using the computer for. No matter what, I'd say the Mini is out. It's the least upgradeable.

Firstly that one in the middle (black Macbook) is vastly overpriced, looks like Amazon forgot to update their pricing on it. Its also an older model.

WOW that blackbook is VERY overpriced. you can get a new 2.4 Macbook for almost 130.00 less!!

1730 for a blackbook is outrageous! Go refurb its the best and I suggest high end Macbook (unibody)

Wow the full spectrum of macs there- from mini to macbook to mac pro. You really need to explain what you expect out of a computer before anyone can help you.

You don't need a Mac Pro for that(Overkill!) and you don't want a Mac mini for anything involving games or Photoshop. Go with either the white or aluminum Macbook.
