Help! - Lost all contact info on my mac and iphone

My ical is not syncing with my iphone. I have everything set on my mobile me correctly but it will not update. Also if I change anything on my contacts, it does not automatically update. Only if I do a manual sync from system preferences. The mobile me was working correctly a couple of days ago. Any suggestions?

Okay you ask a different question in your actual post compared to your title!

To answer your actual post: go to System Preferences --> MobileMe and make sure Sync is Automatic then make sure Back To My Mac is turned on.

On the iPhone, go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendar --> MobileMe --> and make sure sync for all four is on.
