Connecting music files

Just recently, I filled a gaping hole in my music collection, Abbey Road. Golden Slumbers, Carry That Weight and The End all appear as separate files so if I add them to my iPod, shuffle could pick any one of the three then move on. Is there any way to get iTunes and my iPod to see them as just one song?

(Same holds true for Sun King, Mean Mr Mustard, Polythene Pam and She Came in Through the Bathroom Window, of course)

Reinsert the CD and click those three and choose (somewhere on the menu) Merge Selected Tracks, then just check them and import.
