I've seen highly optimized websites serving enormous amounts of connections from a 486.

Is your website dynamic or static? What server software are you using and how is it going to be configured? What technology is the website based on if it is dynamic?

Did Apple ever release a 1.8DP Xserve G4? As far as I know, the Xserve topped out at 1.33 GHz DP G4. 🙂
