install vista on macbook air

I have problem installing vista on my VM-Fusion. Currently its running window xp and i want to upgrade or format and install window vista but some problems. anyone got this problem?
i have attached some photos of the message i received.not sure if the picture been attached.

I've had problems installing any OS with fusion on MBA. For XP I ended up going to a PC that already had XP and migrating with VMWare converter then moving the image to MBA and then opening in fusion. Not the best solution as you don't get a clean install of the OS.
