my macbook fell and now the casing on one side is coming off, the screen is shifted somewhat to the left of where it is supposed to be. am i covered?

yep -I've not seen that before! Still works ok? Did it 'snap' back together as suggested above??
 
nope it wont snap, 2 of the 5 prong thinys will but the rest looks like a big hump, and the glue on it is coming off

how much money would they charge to fix is approx. i am not about to use a screwed up macbook that isnt even a month old!

I paid i belive $30 shipped on ebay it was the cheapst i could find at the time (was also black) I made mine into black and white macbook.

but that will not fix the overlap issue. you don't know how important that is to me, my old one had that, it was one of the main reasons i got a new one
 
Nope. You are better off buying the part and do it yourself otherwise it's going to be some hefty money on the computer....
