Wordpress Military Time Problem

Yet another Wordpress question - I can't seem to change my blog over from using military time. My general settings panel is configured to show time as "9:20 pm" but it is still being shown in the military format in post revisions, the post scheduler, etc. Any ideas?

Guessing you have a plugin installed which may have its own options related to time settings (http://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_General_SubPanel) that you need to check. If not, are you running the latest version of WP which is 2.7? If not, upgrade if no other source of the trouble can be found.
