iphone 3G software unlock problem!!!

i unlocked my 3g iphone using the instructions given from iclarified website.
everything were great until i entered my sim card.
the phone will not find my carrier. i tried toggling with airplane mode on and off, i switched off 3g, i rebooted the phone, i reinserted the sim and even reset network settings and nothing!!!
im very dissapointed.
is there anyone who can help me with this?
im sure many of you should came up with this problem by now.
any help is much appreciated.

Just keep trying. It was a good half hour before I got mine done. I hear they've released a new version of it, so maybe trying that would be a good idea

give them time, it's still a beta version. I bet they are still hungover from new year :) .

i've got a problem.

I've got no signal from my normal sim card, my phjone is on the apple logo of death... nothing is working... just DFU'd it
