Forgot my Windows password

Hey guys i am in a jam here, The othe day i changed my password but was unable to remeber it what should i do. I have a macbook with windows on it and in order to get to the windows side I must restart the computer. I do have a limited account on the windows side but it can't do barly anything. What do I do?

You can make the crippled account an Admin account via account settings in the control panel.

Then you can delete the other account if you'd like.

Start > Control Panel > User Account Settings

from there, I think you go to advanced settings and then you can change the account into an admin account.
