I updated Cydia today and I can't synch my phone now!

The problem is when I'm trying to resynch my phone it's not recognizing my phone and isn't synching it. I lost EVERYTHING.:mad: All my contacts which, I guess, means my sim card is empty.

1) Any possible way I can get the contact on iTunes.
2) Any ideas as to what is wrong?

What cydia apps did you install? One of the apps may have messed up the ability to sync the iphone. Try uninstalling some of the apps that you got fro. Cydia and see if that helps.

If you un-install some, could you please post what app(s) caused the problem? To avoid other people encountering similar difficulties please :D

I had this same problem, I deleted the cracked app and the massage app and reconnected and everything worked.
