Prices of 2008 models when Nehalem arrives?

Just wondering what happens to new and refurb prices (if anything) when the new models arrive, based on past history.

Standard configuration should be $3,000. There should be a configuration below that and then two more above it.

For the current model, prices will go down. Duh. :p If you want an accurate representation of the price of the Penryn Mac Pro when Nehalem is out, look at the current refurb prices of the first-gen Mac Pro. That's about what the Penryn Mac Pro will run.
