iPod touch Is it bad for the iPod to use it while it charges?

I've been doing that a lot since I got it and would just like to know if it's bad for the battery.

I do it at all the time, don't see why not.

The only thing it does is slow down how fast it charges, but it doesn't that much.

my ipod is on charge 8 hours a day whilst im in work, and i use it simultaneously all the time.
Nope, it's not bad for the battery.
