I have a White MacBook with the following specs:
- 2 Ghz Intel Core Duo
- 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
- 100 GB Harddrive
CoconutBattery says the stats of the battery are:
Current Battery Capacity: 4099 mAh (81%)
Original Battery Capacity: 5020 mAh
Loadcycles: 160
Age of your Mac: 28 Months
Can anyone tell me if these stats are good?

They're good. You still have most of your original capacity. 160 Loadcycles is getting up there though. You may see your capacity start to go down faster over time.

When there is electricity available I always keep my MacBook charged.
Is this good? I heard stories that it's bad for your battery.. Could anyone confirm this?

It's not bad unless you're leaving your macbook plugged in for extended periods of time. More than a month and you can see it start to degrade the health of your battery. You definitely want to let it discharge fully at least once a month.

It's fine but always make sure you do the calibration every month and you are good to go :D!
