WD Scorpio Blue? (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136314&nm_mc=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r&cm_mmc=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r-_-Hard+Drives+-+Notebooks+/+Laptops-_-Western+Digital-_-22136314)

I know it is only 5400rpm but I place a higher priority on battery life and NVH rather than performance. For performance I use my Dell 720H2C :D

Tom's hardware did some benchtesting and found that most of the new 7200 drives don't have disadvantages concerning heat and power usage. Some people have reported issues with vibration, but YMMV.

If you're doing disk intensive apps, you will tell a difference performancewise. Can notice a distinct speed up booting up with a 7200 compared to the stock 5400.
