Need more info. Which app? Where do you get this error... iTunes? Touch? Windows? Which model Touch? thorne

possible scenario
cracked apps.
Delete the cracked apps in itunes.
But if you want the apps google is your best resource.

Ehh yeh, forgot to mention sorry. Was in a rush, sorry.
I get it from itunes. I downloaded this app called ichalky from the internet and put it in my itunes app(i could see installed there). But when I try to sync it to my ipod touch I get the above error.

I downloaded this app called ichalky from the internet
I googled this app and it is available via iTunes Store purchase. If you didn't go that route, do so. If it still doesn't work, I don't know. Sounds like the developer didn't get/code whatever approvals Apple wants to get apps verified. I suggest asking the developer on his web site. thorne

ichalky from the apps store works perfectly.
It does cost 99 cents plus tax.
