I don't have any cracks in the iPhone but there is a dust spot near the center of the screen that is about to drive be nuts. I can't seem to ignore it. Will Apple replace it?

Don't waste your time. You will exchange it only to once again have dust under your screen. I went through 3 of them to finally get a dust free screen. 4 months later I have 2 very small specks of dust under my screen, the phone is not air tight and it's going to happen eventually.
