Nimbuzz and Skype

Is there a trick to get calls to work?

I have one account on my windows xp desktop and one account on my iPhone for Skype. Although I can chat (send messages between the two), neither clients shows that I am online in Skype with the other. I am using wireless with iPhone.

I do see echo123 online on iPhone. :(

On my nimbuzz none of my skype contacts show up as online but I have made calls.
