Hello,
i have a SAT PVR which records to 2GB .trp files. These are as far as i know MPEG4 transport streams (Recording from Premiere HD in Germany). Does anybody of you know an easy to use (inexpensive) OSX Software with which i can cut the beginning/end of these files, and also get rid of "broken" frames while keeping the video and audio in sync. Unfortunately MpegStreamclip crashes when i try to open the files...
I already merged the the 2 GB parts to a bigger file through the console.
cat filename* > newfile
The proper way on Windows should be using h.264 ts cutter (merging and "conversion" to .ts and then using e.g. Elecard XMuxer for remuxing and keeping a&v synced. But I do not want to buy Windows soft because i want to get away from this Platform, so any hints for doing this on a Mac?
