fake emails from optimum online

this is a warning. there are at least 2 fake optonline.net email adresses. one of them is administration@optonline.net and the other is staff@optonline.net. they say that there may be a virus that you sent out, and they attach at zip file, saying it's encrypted and the password is in the email. they are fake. what set me off instantly was there were grammatical errors, and they had an attachment. i called them because my dad wasn't sure, and surely enough is was the beagle virus. since we're on OS X i don't think we're at risk ;)

if anyone has optonline or knows anyone that does, tell them about it. the representative from optimum online said that the only email from optimum online you will ever receive is the monthly newsletter.
