Troubleshoot a transfer of an iWeb file into Yahoo

Just finished my website with iWeb.

Followed the following steps:

1- Save in a folder
2- Use Filezilla to transfer to Yahoo

But now, the format of all pages is totally messed up.

Did I do anything wrong? Is iWeb compatible with Yahoo personal domain or should I use GoDaddy?

Hard to say, can you provide a link or screen shots of the "messed up" page? Also, is this Yahoo's free web space you're talking about? Essentially, we need more info.
