GoCubsGo macrumors Nehalem Jan 6, 2009 #2 Nope it is not a tax write off, but you as their dependent gives them a tax break. 😉 And the 8800 is great for large files 150mb+ and other stuff. I have it in my MacPro and basically it is overkill.
