One of the unique tools I saw at MWSF '09, was the "iTornado" which plugs into the PC --> the Mac and you can see the split screen on both computers, and you just click drag and release the needed files. You can go back and forth with either PC or Mac. PC --> PC, PC --> Mac, Mac --> PC, Mac --> Mac. It normally costs $59 and they were selling for 50% off the $59 price. It was really quick going from an AUSUS PC to the MacBook...

Try this

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/remote-desktop/default.mspx

It's from the darkside but it works quite well and it's free. Get version 2

VMWare + Windows + Remote Assitance that comes with Windows (if you're willing to pay for Windows)

VirtualBox + Ubuntu + RemoteVNC (if you want a completely free solution but she'd have to install RemoteVNC as well on her Windows box)

Or, what I'd do...

Dump her and find a smarter girl? :)
