iPod touch Ipod touch 2nd gen + Motorola s9 and gear4 blustream TX

Can anyone help me, i cant seem to get them to pair.

I have succesfully paired my blackberry storm and the headphones and they work great but i cant seem to piar the headphones to the gear4.

The gear4 is flashing when connected to the touch but when i turn the headphnes on i just get the blue light.

can anyone help.

Does anyone know if the gear4 works then as i will take it back and get a compatable one.

Im sure im taking the correct steps to pair them.

Turn the ipod on.

Plug the adapter in.

Then turn on the s9 and it should connect but it doesnt, i press the play button on the headphones and it turns off.

If it doesnt then i have a choice of about three adapters that i think work.
