My wife's MacBook recently developed an intermittent fault with some keys not responding. Also kept powering down & wouldn't re-start. It was 2 months out of warranty so I took it to Computers Now, South Melbourne who diagnosed a faulty DC-in circuit board. The power button & intermittent keyboard problem required a new top case. I phoned Apple in Sydney & after checking with the techie at Computers Now Apple agreed to bear the cost of this repair. I just wanted to mention how impressed I was with the level of service from both Apple & Computers Now. The MacBook was out of warranty but they stood by their product. Thanks Apple & Computers Now.

Ah congratulations man! :D

Now all I need is an Apple store in the North of England (NO Manchester is not in the North of England, its 140 bloody miles away) so I can experience some good customer care like that!
