Buying a MacBook outright after the lease is up???

My MacBook is leased by my dads business; the lease ends this june. I was wondering if it would be possible to buy the MacBook outright once the lease is up and how much it might cost to do so. I love my MacBook soooooo much and I don't wanna part with it. 🙁🙁🙁

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance. 🙂
 
Thanks! Now i just need to find out what the fair market value is for a 2.16GHz (mid 2007) MacBook...😕
