An iPod Touch Killer (http://www.teleread.org/blog/2009/01/09/149-ipod-touch-challenger-43-inch-touch-screen-and-android-os/)? Nope not IMO. But, could be interesting if priced right.
The GiiNii Moveit tablet is apparently a prototype. It might go for $149 and includes an camera and a microphone. 4.3 inch screen, resolution is 480 by 272, and the Android OS.
