I just got my apple replacement phone today, since my other one will shut off randomly. My brother decided to put his 3G SIM in the old iPhone 3G, untill I ship back my old phone. Does anybody know if he'll get extra fees? for quick help thanks in advance!

However much he uses. Data seems to run dollars to the megabyte without a plan.

If he only ever touches the iPod and Phone apps, he'll just do phone charges, I believe.

This. If he text messaged, he will be charged for it. See how that works?

The fact that you double post because you're impatient makes me want to get out of this thread.

an iphone without a sim is just an ipod touch so if he puts his uiphone 3G sim in your old iphone he will be charged as if it was his phone.
or if he has a 3G sim then he wont be charged as long as its a 3G phone (correct me if i'm wrong)

Uh, if he sends or receives text messages, he'll get charged for text messages. If he doesn't send or receives text messages, he doesn't get charged. Pretty simple concept.
And for the love of god, try to be more patient

Yes, you use their service, they charge. You don't use it, you don't get charged.
