The What's Hot list

So the Staff Favorite list is pretty clear. That's what the staff likes.
The New Apps list is not really new apps but what Apple staff likes. So then it is just like the Staff Favorite list.

So can you guess what the What's Hot list is? yep it is just another staff favorite list. If it were really a what's hot list then iFart Mobile would be in it. Unless they are afraid that putting gas in a Hot list might be a fire hazard.

Staff favorite is clearly Apple's choice but how are really the other two lists made?

New Apps don't appear to be fresh new applications : you can find there applications delivered or not updated since more than 2 months! :confused:

What's hot in the what's hot list?;)

Deceptively we have the impression that the reasons to be in these last 2 lists are obscure.

Perhaps could someone give us more precision...

There should be a random list that gives all apps a chance at the front page.

Its all very carefully planned out, and I am sure it has something to do with making you wanting to buy more apps.
