Ok, so yes, I dont know what did this but recently my ipod has been thinking its the wrong date and time no matter what I do (havent reset yet), if I manually set it it changes back, if I try to use the time zone to set it it gets it wrong.

I dont know if it was the extra second of last year but the stupid thing isnt reliable. And I use it to keep track of things. Its just so wrong.

try close itunes before syncing. syncing while itune is open can cause problems with the date. This is a bug that hasn't been fixed by Apple. I think it only happens to Windows users.
