Old phone contacts (WinMobile) moved over to my iPhone? Activesync?

I have been using my iPhone for about a month now and love it. I was previously using a TMobile Dash, an HTC Windows Mobile phone. I synced my SIM contacts right away, but still have tons of contact in my Dash phone. Is there a way to sync my contact over to my Mac or iPhone?

Are your contacts syncronised with Outlook?

I'm not sure but does itunes not allow you to sync with outlook?

I used to have a Windows Mobile phone.

Your contacts should automatically sync to Outlook via Activesync. There may be an option to sync to Contacts instead, if not export them into Contacts (or whatever you usually sync your iPhone contacts with) using 'Comma Separated Values' or something similar.

Apologies if this only works with Windows! I'm not sure how Windows Mobile syncs contacts with Mac (if it does).
