I happen to own some Apple and Google Stocks right now.
I didn't get out of the market in time,
and am wondering what to do now ?
Is there any chance AAPL and GOOG will go up in the next 6 months ?

If you sold, where on earth would you put the money? ;)

Try some long term investing, it can be better than selling on a whim because it happens to be a little higher at the moment.
Apple said they have NEW products lined up for this year, so id expect the stock to go up.

Sit and wait. In a few years, they will both rebound. Apple and Google aren't going under anytime soon.

Unless you're in dire need of money right now, I would hold onto those stocks. Look not just at what's currently going on with the market, but the long term situation as well.
Google and Apple won't be going anywhere.

Fixed that for you.
I think it will take longer than a few months to sort this mess out, but the details on that belong in the PRSI forum.

Ouch! Talk about buy high, sell low. That sucks. At this point, you probably want to talk to your financial advisor. It is possible to sell now and write off the loss, but the question is if that is smart right now. Sitting tight might be right, depending on how soon you need the money.

Google stock has always been overvalued and Microsoft will make sure they suffer further losses.
Apple's stock was/is also overvalued and with Windows 7 it will also not recover.
Sell now or regret it!!!

Sounds to me like you shouldn't be in the stock market...... Are you a day trader? Long term trader? Did you have a plan for these stocks? Did you look to see where they might be headed or not headed? Do you really do any homework on these stocks or did you jump in with hopes of making some money?
We as a group cannot answer the question you are posing. Do you have a financial adviser? A stock broker? This is going to be a question only you can answer.
