old forums still popping up?

a few times now, i've loaded the forums and seen the old-style version -- not sure if that's an old style sheet or an old build of the page. seems to happen if i use the back button on my browser, and it's happened with several browsers; IE5.something for OS9, as well as the latest safari. i don't think it's a cache thing.

anyone else seen the ghost of the old forum?
