Weather button goes to Japan Yahoo Weather

Any idea why my weather button suddenly goes to Japan Yahoo Weather? I've seen many postings about it on other forums but no one has posted a fix...any help would be appreciated!

wen you laungh weather, look in the lower right hand corner for the little "i" icon. Hit it, change your prefrences.

Unfortunately, that's the only way it's been solved in the past.
