Hi, I bought my iPod Touch(2G) 4 months ago from Wal-Mart. It's still under warranty of course. Well I just recently noticed at the bottom left corner of the iPod Touch screen can be pushed down. When I clean my iPod I don't really push down a lot. So here is my question again. Is it possible to exchange this for a new one.

Take it to the genius bar at the apple store NOT wal-mart. If they deem it a legitimate defect they will swap it out for a new one.

Do I need to bring the person + receipt who bought the iPod? Because my parent bought it with his visa.

take it or leave it, if they'll give you a new one why not but if you don't have a store near or don't want to mail it in then you may just want to leave it. :apple::apple:
