Unlock and Jailbreak 1g iPhone help

I have a first gen iPhone and was wondering how to unlock and jailbreak the device using pwnage tool. If anyone has specific instructions, many thanks to you. I have a T-Mobile sim card plan on using t zones if that matters and also are the instructions on iclarified .com up to date?
