Little confused about upgrading my Macbook Pro's ram

I've read some threads on gearslutz.com and seen that OWC is a good place to get mac ram.

However if someone wouldn't mind confirming the ram that I believe I need that would be very helpful. Also not 100% which brand is best for RAM.

After going to Apple Symbol / About this Mac / More info I go to the Memory section and find that I have 2 1 gb sticks with the following info

Size: 1 GB
Type: DDR2 SDRAM
Speed: 667 MHz
Status: OK
Manufacturer: 0xCE00000000000000
Part Number: 0x4D342037305432393533455A332D43453620
Serial Number: 0x7424D4E5

Here is the Hardware Info

Model Name: MacBook Pro
Model Identifier: MacBookPro4,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.6 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 6 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz

From what I've found this is the list of RAM that will/should work

http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/MacBook/Pro/Core2/

Which brand is best OWC, Micron, Samsung, or Techworks? Also I notice for the OWC ram there is

4.0GB Upgrade Kit (2.0GB Modules x 2 Matched)
&
4.0GB Upgrade Kit (2.0GB Modules x 2 Matched) CAS 4 High-Performance tuned low-latency

for $3 more should I go with the CAS 4 High-performance tuned low-latency?

I'm fairly certain the max ram my MBP can have is 4 gb. Just need confirmation that this is the right RAM, and would like to know which manufacturer is best. I use this MBP for logic 8.

Really appreciate any feedback!

As above. I've always upgraded all my RAM from crucial and I've never had a problem. Good price, great selection and good product delivery time.
