My Logitech optical mouse stop working all of a sudden. Pluged it in to all my usb nothing. Is it dead?

And, calling tech support wasn't too bad. Took 15 minutes to do a little Q & A with my support girl (she sounded like a robot, but not an a-hole). Since my MX700 is literally dead, she said they'd be sending me a whole new MX700 to me for free!
