With the new OS shifting processing to the GPU to help with processing, will the MB/MBA/MBP with the 9400 be able to take advantage of it? Will the MP/MBP with their dedicated chip be the only one to benefit?

We know nothing.

Everything will be able to take advantage of it. If it's called a GPU, it will be used when it's not being used to do GPU things.

If its integrated tho, is it really a viable source for the OS to tap into?

If it's just sitting there, is there really an excuse not to tap the power of a processor?
