hi i am wondering if there is any program like screenflow for windows. i need to record myself doing something in windows on my macbook pro. if that makes any sense. I currently use screenflow for making videos of me on leopard, and i currently have a project coming up and need to make a video about a windows program.
Any help will be appreciated.

Why not use VMWare or Parallels? Surely you could use one of them to access what i am assuming is your boot camp windows so that you can record using ScreenFlow. There aren't many free solutions for screen recording on windows. Most are paid. Since i play some games quite a few people use fraps to record that but i guess it's not exactly what you are used to with ScreenFlow. VMWare or Parallels is definately worth the purchase (unless it isn't possible to record that but im pretty sure it is)

Not something I have any experience with, but there seem to be many options available.

It's a pile of crap compared to screenflow, but hey, it's free.

One of the best I have found is Camtasia Studio.

It is great software, pricey, but really good. You can test it out for free, but there is a watermark. If you do a lot of screen capturing it is definitely worth it.
