View Full Version : Switching between OSs with a bluetooth keyboard

How do I switch? Holding down the option key at start up doesn't work because the BT keyboard hasn't paired with the computer yet. What am I doing wrong?

Doesn't work with a USB keyboard either -- I guess because the USB services/drivers aren't loaded yet. I have to plug-in a wired keyboard to do any of the start-up key sequences.

?? im preeeeetty sure i can change boot os using OPTION on my bt keyboard.... but maybe im wrong usually i use the pref pane in osx or the apple extras menu in windows when i reboot

u can also use apple remote way that 100% works

Thanks I discovered the Apple remote method in the small hours this morning just as I was about to resign myself to using Windows forever ;)
