Britain.
I've been dealing with someone over the phone from Apple in Ireland.

I've been left a message on my answering machine, asking to call back. I've been left the following information:

Number: 0800 2775 2775
Extension: 830XX
Name: Helen Curran

I've tried calling that phone number from my mobile, and it says the phone number is unobtainable.

Does anyone else have any phone numbers for Apple, besides the standard 0800 039 1010/1515, or maybe dealth with Helen Curran in the past?

Thanks :)

Just in case anyone has the same issue, you actually need to dial 00 800 2775 2775. 00800 is an international freephone number and from my research, should be free from landlines (but likely not mobiles), but first check with your telephone or mobile network service provider to make sure. The entire number consists of: 00 being the standard international access code to dial abroad, 800 is the dialing code reserved for Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN) and the remainder is the number to get through to Apple.
