sharing memos between iphone and your mac

Hello,

Im new in this forum. You know if there's any program that shares memos between the iphone and your computer (mac in my case)?
I'm trying to organize my thoughts virtualy and looking for some program that you can write something in the macbook (let's say the Textedit) and than open and change in the iphone.

There was a new app (http://culturedcode.com/things/) released for Mac and iPhone/iPod Touch at Macworld called things. It looks like it will suit your needs well. It is a little pricy in my opinion though.
