I have bought Flat Out 2 (Mac) for my Mac Book Pro running Leopard.
I have also bought a Logitech Formula Force EX steering wheel and connected to the Mac.
Logitech says the wheel is compatible with Mac OSX.
Without the wheel Flat Out 2 works fine.
Although the Wheel comes up in the controller options inside FO2 menu (and I select it) when I start the driving game the wheel is not controlling the game - the keyboard is.
I have tried rebooting everything - same result.
The wheel is showing up on the Mac (system profiler) as a connected USB device.
I have also downloaded 'Joystick and Gamepad Tester 3.2' for testing and calibrating USB devices on a Mac. This recognises the wheel and works fine.
Logitech support says I have to test the wheel on a PC or on another Mac game. I don't have either possibility.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT WHY THE WHEEL IS NOT WORKING WITH FLAT OUT 2 ??
thanks
Pete

You may find your answer at http://www.flatoutjoint.com

Flatout2 does not 'officially' support steering wheels, but browse around the above link or ask a Q there and you might get an answer.
