Okay so I was just about to buy "Oz Weather," a weather app for Australia.
It's price is $2.49 and I have $40.32 of iTunes credit after buying a gift card the other week.

However, this is the message I am getting:

I don't want to click buy in case it charges me when I clearly have more than 40 dollars of credit...

What should I do?

You can't buy apps with gift cards ( ), so you will have to use your credit card for that one :(

Solution

The message was coming up due to the fact that I had the 5 song credits.
Bought the app and the $2.49 was deducted from my $40.32 as per usual.

Thanks to iTunes Support.

Really? Here in Canada, you can't buy apps with iTunes cards.
