I'm considering the Z.buds for my 1st gen touch because I like having inline volume, even though the mic etc would obviously be useless to me (I do hope to get an iphone one day, but probably not for a year and a half when my Verizon contract expires). Do you think these would still be a good choice for the 50% off price?

I just got purchase one because of the 50% off, I just needed the back part. Last Sunday night I went for a good 45minutes of putting it on, then a couple of minutes after to check if all is intact. So far I'm happy, I did the installation very well and no regrets. It is very time-consuming, but not hard, as you need to constantly keep it clean, make sure corners are tacky enough, and keep your docks away from water. I did a boo boo this morning though, I placed an PS Clear Air Jacket and found out it's too tight, took it off and it somehow partially took off the corner, but a quick fix and saw it sticking it again. Now it's all good :D

I've got to say I'm pretty happy with their customer service right now. I sent them an email, told them I found the 50% off coupon after I had placed my order, and I got an email from them yesterday saying they'd give me the discount.
